2.2 No Country-Specific Guidance

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have:

  • Completed less than 25% of the course modules
  • Not downloaded more than 2 course materials
  • Submitted a refund request in writing to hello@livingabroadacademy.com.

4.2 Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not available:

  • After the specified refund window
  • If you have completed significant portions of the course
  • If you have downloaded substantial course materials
  • For reasons related to visa application outcomes or immigration decisions
  • If you have violated these Terms and Conditions

4.3 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
